- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have lived in Sanger at the same address for 18 years. There have been periods during these years when mail delivery would rate a '5' but most of the time it has been very bad. Recently, my brother moved into my home. He filed a 'change of address" form and also mailed himself three letters. He received ONE of the letters. Yesterday the post person brought a package. It clearly had my address on the "new address" label but the original address was on the box. The post person said he wasn't planning to deliver it to my home due to the old address on the box! Even though the new label clearly showed the new address! I had an insurance claim for hail damage to my car. My insurance company mailed my claim check, a significant amount, on May 30. I never received it, Now the insurance company has stopped payment on the original check and won't mail the new one to my address due to its not being delivered the first time! I NEED that check and am VERY upset about this. I can't believe these problems still exist after 18 years!!By Dianne Chapman Esslinger, September 03, 2017
